Information we use

StencilBee stores your account name and email, templates, uploaded images and fonts, buyer email addresses and editing links, edits, PDF requests, and support messages. Google Firebase handles email/password and Google authentication. StencilBee receives account identifiers and verification status; it does not store your password.

Why we use it

We use this information to run accounts, save and render designs, deliver private downloads, apply usage limits, investigate failures, and answer support requests. Rate limiting uses a hash of the requesting IP address. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, database, file storage, queue and PDF rendering. Google Firebase provides authentication. These providers process information to operate those services. Designs use selected fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive the browser’s network request information when fonts load.

Cookies and browser storage

An essential secure cookie keeps you signed in. Firebase also keeps authentication state in your browser. Editor recovery copies are stored on the same device for up to 14 days. Clearing site data removes local recovery copies.

Retention and access

Account designs are retained while needed for your account. Generated PDFs and buyer uploaded fonts become eligible for removal seven days after the buyer link expires. Unused uploaded assets become eligible for removal after 24 hours. Referenced design assets are preserved. Temporary rate counters are removed after two days and operational usage/alerts after 30 days. Private operational backups may retain earlier copies.

Anyone holding a private buyer link can access that order’s design and downloads until expiry. Template image and font URLs are accessible to anyone who has the URL; avoid uploading sensitive information into design assets. Generated PDF downloads require the matching buyer link.

Your choices

Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, or to ask about this notice. Delete unused drafts and library fonts from your account; a font used in a saved version remains available to that version.
