Rendering capacity is shared across the service. Your request stays queued when capacity runs low and is picked up after the next reset at midnight UTC. Your design is frozen when you request the PDF.

Publish a template, then create a private buyer link. Anyone with that link can edit and download within its expiry and download allowance. Share it only with the intended buyer. Publishing a new version keeps existing links on their original version.

Existing drafts save automatically. The editor also keeps a recovery copy on the same browser for up to 14 days and asks before restoring it. New templates and new versions need a manual save.
